Originally called Contrology, The Pilates Method offers a multitude of benefits including;

In the early 1900s, Joseph Pilates developed his fitness program describing it as "The complete coordination of mind, body, and spirit." I like to think of Pilates as the ultimate user-manual to using your body.  

 

The human body is a fantastic and very sophisticated machine. Pilates empowers you to feel control, strength and flexibility in body and mind.  My goal as your instructor is to help you take Pilates off the mat and into your everyday life.
