I RECOMMEND DOING YOUR NEW PILATES ROUTINE 2-3XS A WEEK.  YEP, YOU READ THAT RIGHT.  ALL YOU NEED IS 2-3XS/WEEK. 

 

OF COURSE, YOU CAN DO MORE IF YOU’D LIKE.  HOWEVER, I GUARANTEE YOU THAT WHEN YOU EMBRACE A WHOLE FOODS PLANT-BASED DIET IN COMBINATION WITH REGULAR GENTLE EXERCISE, YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU!
